New online forms in the field of capital income tax relief
From 15.7.2025, there will be a new online form for the capital income tax relief procedure. The old form “Application for refund or exemption
from capital income tax pursuant to section 50c or 44a (9) of the Income Tax Act” will be presented in two forms (refund and exemption) in future. The online forms have been revised overall and differ considerably from the form used to date.
